I support volunteer leaders and components in building strong, connected communities. My work focuses on member engagement, component relations, and creating meaningful opportunities for volunteers to participate, lead, and contribute.

I am particularly interested in designing engagement strategies that make it easier for members to stay involved through inclusive events, thoughtful communication, and practical support for leaders. I enjoy translating complex information into clear guidance that helps volunteers and component leaders make decisions and move initiatives forward.

I probably have a book, a coffee, and some dog hair on my person at all times.
