Introducing the 2026 TNSAE Leadership Program Cohort

TNSAE is excited to announce the six association professionals selected to participate in the 2026 TNSAE Leadership Program!

Now in its second year, the TNSAE Leadership Program brings together association professionals from across Tennessee for leadership development, peer connection, and exploration of the many facets of association management. Building on the success of our inaugural cohort, the program continues to support professionals who are looking to grow their leadership skills, expand their networks, and deepen their understanding of the association profession.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in a series of sessions focused on key areas of association management, including governance, executive leadership, operations and financial management, advocacy and government relations, conflict management, and career development. Along the way, they will learn from experienced leaders, share ideas and experiences with their peers, and gain practical insights they can take back to their associations.

Please join us in welcoming the 2026 TNSAE Leadership Program Cohort:

  • Molly Craig, Association Partners

  • Mark Millsap, Tennessee Press Association

  • Emily Ritchart, Tennessee Society of CPAs

  • Kate Shariati, Tennessee Concrete Association

  • Langston Shellist, East Tennessee REALTORS

  • Matt Wallace, CPA, Tennessee Pharmacists Association

Participants will be recognized during the Awards of Excellence Luncheon at the TNSAE Convention + Trade Show on December 2 in Franklin.

Congratulations to the 2026 TNSAE Leadership Program Cohort! We are excited to welcome this year's class and look forward to celebrating their accomplishments.
