TNSAE Professional Development Committee

TNSAE has a volunteer led Professional Development Committee meets to discuss topics, review content submissions and extend invitations to potential speakers and content leaders. Session topics specific to association and event management receive priority over general topics of interest.

Speaker Fees and Travel Reimbursement

TNSAE has a very limited budget for speakers and content leaders. Speaking at a TNSAE event is a marketing opportunity, and many of our speakers join us for travel reimbursement only. Many of TNSAE's members look to current and former TNSAE content leaders when they need to hire a speaker for an event. So, speaking at a TNSAE program is great exposure to TNSAE's association community.

Audience

TNSAE’s primary membership demographic represents professionals of all levels employed by a variety of associations located across the state of Tennessee. Our membership also includes those companies that provide a product or service to the association community. These businesses include hotels, visitors’ bureaus, printing companies, communication and marketing companies, as well as a variety of other vendor categories. Association members attend TNSAE events for information on best practices and ways to deliver more value to their members, staff, associations, and their own careers.
