Tricia is the Senior Association Manager at Parthenon Management Group (PMG), currently serving as the Director of Executive Services for PMG’s client, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). In this role, she leads governance operations under the Policy Governance model and serve as a strategic liaison between executive leadership and CSI’s highest volunteer leadership groups, including the Board of Directors, Board Committees, CSI Fellows, and Foundation Trustees.

Megan is the Students & Emerging Professionals Manager with the Tennessee Society of CPAs. She has been with TSCPA over five years. In her role, Megan leads efforts to engage and support the next generation of accounting professionals.

TNSAE joins ASAE in celebrating the 129 professionals who successfully earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE®) credential following the Spring 2025 examination administered May 1–14, 2025. The CAE Program elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance, and designates those who have acquired and demonstrated the knowledge essential to the practice of association management. The CAE Program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
